I have purchased products online from Hockey Monkey before and have always had a positive experience. But I will share with you what others have experienced as welll.
Who Is Hockey Monkey?
Hockey Monkey is a segment of MonkeySports who is a retailer in the sporting goods industry that focuses primarily on selling ice hockey, lacrosse, baseball, and softball equipment.
They started small as a single store operated by only three employees. They have since grown into a chain of ten retail stores located in Colorado, Texas, New York, New Jersey, California, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Sweden, and Canada.
In addition to the retails stores, they also have a large online presence with six online store websites.
From 1999 to 2014, MonkeySports was based in Corona, California. They have since relocated their headquarters and distribution center to Allen, Texas where they also opened a large superstore in 2017.

Wrapping It Up
Hockey Monkey is like a hockey Disneyland online.
They have everything a hockey player could possibly need. And even more shit that you probably don’t need.
If you live too far away to shop in one of Hockey Monkey’s retail stores, you’ll find everything online and have it shipped right to your home.
Personally, I have made a half dozen purchases online with Hockey Monkey over the past several years. Aside from one delayed shipment, my experience has been positive.
BizRateSurveys has Hockey Monkey receiving an overall satisfaction rating of 9.2 out of 10.
That said, you will find some negative reviews online. It’s difficult to know if those bad-mouthing Hockey Monkey are legit or not. I will let you decide for yourself.
